The journey
Carlos Gladden’s story is not a straight line. It is a continuing practice of turning experiences in business, family, community, creativity, and disability into tools that help other people move forward.

About Carlos Gladden
“My mission is to empower individuals, strengthen businesses, connect communities, and create opportunities that transform lives and inspire future generations.” Carlos believes everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue success in their own way. Through leadership, technology, education, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy, he works to help people reach their potential and build lasting foundations.
Carlos Gladden is a father of four, entrepreneur, business executive, business scientist, technology strategist, nonprofit leader, and lifelong builder. Since 2008, his work has connected politics, community development, business, entertainment, and philanthropy. His commitment to service began at nine years old while volunteering at the Seton Center in Princess Anne, Maryland. More than two decades of experience have shaped his belief that meaningful success creates opportunities for others.
As Founder and CEO of 360 Degrees Group Inc. and 360 Degrees Group International, Carlos helps businesses and organizations strengthen operations through strategic planning, business process management, technology integration, and sustainable growth. His approach connects Technology, Infrastructure, Scalability, Sustainability, and Systems. His involvement with Black & Brown Founders Inc., financial education, and entrepreneurial development, along with his role as a Stripe Charlotte Community Builder, reflects his commitment to collaboration and community opportunity.
Living with a year round disability has deepened Carlos’s understanding of resilience, adaptation, and the importance of seeing the whole person. Guided by Acceptance, Accountability, Responsibility, and Perseverance (A.A.R.P.), he shares the messages of Courage & Greatness and LIVE 2 SUCCEED to encourage growth and purposeful leadership. As a father and community advocate, he measures greatness by the lives strengthened, the opportunities created, and the legacy made possible for future generations.
Experience into impact
Each chapter added another layer to the mission: understand the system, strengthen the person, and create something sustainable.
Volunteering at the Seton Center in Princess Anne, Maryland, Carlos began learning that success carries a responsibility to serve others.
Carlos entered business operations early, developing a practical understanding of customers, teams, execution, and responsibility.
His path grew to include political involvement, nonprofit leadership, workforce development, technology, and community service.
Decades of experience shaped a whole system approach to building businesses, opportunities, and resilient organizations.
Carlos leads an ecosystem of ventures while remaining grounded in fatherhood, creativity, faith, service, and lived experience with disability.
Family is not a footnote to the work. It is the reason to build with integrity, stewardship, succession, and a long view.
Carlos connects people, process, technology, and purpose so that growth becomes repeatable instead of accidental.
Economic opportunity matters most when knowledge, capital readiness, and technology reach people who have been overlooked.
Art, film, media, and storytelling keep the work imaginative and make room for experiences that data alone cannot explain.
“I believe everyone deserves success in their own way. My work is to help people recognize what is possible and build the systems to reach it.”
