Entrepreneur opportunity
Helping founders understand their businesses, strengthen operations, prepare financially, use technology wisely, and build with confidence.
Impact
From entrepreneur education and financial capability to technology access, rural prosperity, disability visibility, and family legacy, Carlos’s work is designed to turn opportunity into practical movement.
Philanthropy & giving back
A lifetime of service. A responsibility to give back.

For Carlos Gladden, giving back began long before business leadership. At just nine years old, volunteering at the Seton Center in Princess Anne, Maryland, he began learning a principle that continues to guide his life: success carries a responsibility to serve others.
Today, that commitment shapes the philanthropic purpose of 360 Degrees Group Inc. Carlos brings a community centered approach to leadership, recognizing that businesses can contribute more than products and services. They can share knowledge, build relationships, and help create pathways to opportunity. His vision connects business growth with the well being of the people and communities around it.
Through community engagement, mentorship, and support for local initiatives, Carlos seeks to help people move forward with greater confidence and access to resources. The purpose is practical and personal: help entrepreneurs strengthen their foundations, encourage the next generation, and support organizations working to meet community needs.
For Carlos, meaningful impact is found in what becomes possible for others, a person who feels supported, an entrepreneur better prepared to grow, or a community organization better equipped to serve. His commitment is to make giving back a consistent part of how he lives and leads.
“My mission is to build businesses that create meaningful opportunities, open doors for others, and make a lasting difference in people's lives. True success is not measured solely by personal achievements, but by the lives touched, the people empowered, and the opportunities created along the way.”
